William Barton and I are having a new composition premiered by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra in the Concert Hall of the Sydney Opera House on 2-4 April, 2008.

		<title>Percussion Concerto finalist in 2007 Classical Award</title>
		<description><![CDATA[It was wonderful for my Percussion Concerto, written for Evelyn Glennie and The Queensland Orchestra, to be a finalist in the 2007 Classical Music Awards.

		<title>Aurora Festival wins 2007 Classical Award</title>

		<title>&#8220;Heartland&#8221; performance</title>

This Saturday, 7 July, my work Heartland will be performed by the Sydney Philharmonia Choir at the Verbrugghen Hall, Sydney Conservatorium of Music.  The conductor is Brett Weymark.

		<title>San Francisco Ballet performances</title>
		<description><![CDATA[I&#8217;m off to the US in a couple of days time to see the premiere of a new ballet, &#8220;Concordia&#8220;, choreographed by Toronto-based choreographer Matjash Mrozewski.  The ballet is the middle section of a triple bill presented by the San Franscisco Ballet.  There are seven performances between 11 - 24 April 2007.
